- 500 grams ground chicken breast
- ½ cup of parsley
- 2 large chopped onions
- 3 spoons of bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon of cumin
- A pinch of turmeric
- Black pepper to taste
- Coarse sea salt to taste
- 1 egg
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls and flatten them.
Place on a pan lined with baking paper and spray with olive oil.
Bake in an oven pre-heated o 190 degrees C until they become golden brown.
Serving option: add baked sweet potato.
