- Fresh broccoli
- Head of cauliflower
- 2-3 large carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 zucchini squashes
- 200 grams of pumpkin sliced into cubes
- 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
- 1 ½ spoon of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Note: the chicken soup powder itself contains salt
Peel and slice the broccoli and other vegetables. Add spices to taste and cook with 1 liter of water until the vegetables are softened.
